Content Planner is a free tool made by Kayleigh Donovan for planning Instagram content. This page explains, in plain English, what it stores about you and why.

The short version

What we store

How it's used

Only to run the planner: logging you in, saving and showing your plans, and fixing problems. We don't use your plans for anything else, and we don't look at them unless you ask us to help with something.

Who can see your plans

Just you. The database checks every request, so one person's account can never read another's. Like any online service, the people who run it could technically reach the database, but we only do so to keep it working.

Services that help run it

A few trusted companies handle parts of the planner for us. They only get what they need to do their job:

On your device

The planner saves your login on your device so you stay signed in, and keeps a copy of the app so it opens quickly. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Deleting your account

Open Settings and tap Delete my account. Your account, posts, ideas and tags are permanently deleted straight away. If you'd rather we do it for you, or you want a copy of your data first, just email us.

Children

The planner isn't intended for children under 13.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and let people know in the planner.
